Of primer and mystery leaks
Yay! Primed The Boy’s room yesterday, and will get the paint on over the next two evenings. As usual, cleaning and taping was more difficult and time-consuming than the actual application of paint/primer. Bit of scraping and sanding will be needed on the window frames, but plenty of time to get that stuff done.
Boo! Mystery Waterfall, redux. Get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Discover a large quantity of water soaked into the shower rug … again. This happened about 5 days ago as well. Ultimately, we decided that it’s probably condensation coming back through the vent fan, rather than any kind of pipe leak, since it was bone-dry at 10:30PM, and all day long, yet soaked at 2:30AM, when nothing besides a temperature drop happened.
Stupid humidity.
